Amanita Muscaria and fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is a chronic form of pain that has a variety of causes and is difficult to treat. The following is an article in which I speculate about this disorder. I believe that a growing group of people are suffering from this terrible disease and it is important that we think about the cause and the solutions.

Personally, I already know a few people who suffer from fibromyalgia and use fly agaric to relieve the pain and promote sleep. So there the remedy is, at least, helpful, and I personally believe that those who suffer from this chronic form of pain may be better off with this mushroom than with heavy opiates.

Fibromyalgia is a form of chronic pain that can occur throughout the body and is probably caused by inflammation on a micro level in the muscle and nerve tissue.

An opiate does nothing to counteract such inflammation, but merely obscures the pain signals from the brain.

Of all the mushrooms in nature, the Amanita Muscaria contains the highest amount of vitamin D. Especially vitamin D plays a major role in preventing inflammation in the body. No research has been done on this, but when taking Vitamin D, it is of the utmost importance how well it can be absorbed by the body. I know a lady, let’s call her Patricia, who has to live in an exoskeleton. It’s a fact that without medication she would die of pain. But she also has a very chronic vitamin D deficiency and the supplementary injections in the hospital were no solution – her values remained too low. Until she started drinking fly agaric tea and the hospital, to their surprise, saw that her levels had returned to normal.

So there seems to be a form of vitamin D in fly agaric that is highly absorbable by the body.

What is vitamin D exactly? It is a group of substances that belong to the secosteroids – and typical anti-inflammatory drugs such as prednisone are also steroids. Vitamin D’s most important function (although I think there are hundreds) is to ensure that nutrients are properly absorbed in the gut.

That good absorption is the basis for your health.

If your body becomes inflamed in various places, this usually means that the circulation is not working, toxins cannot be properly removed and the cells start a fight with that local toxin, and thus an inflammation occurs. Blood flow is therefore factor No. 1 in health: as long as the blood is able to remove toxins, inflammation is prevented and with that also disease.

That’s why the Wim Hof method (which is actually the Kneipp method) is so important – to constantly trigger your own immune system, to take care of your own blood circulation. Good oxygen, good blood flow = less inflammation. In addition, with a very good form of Vitamin D, take care of a better food absorption in combination with a healthy diet, of course.

If I were to think of a medicinal mushroom treatment for fibromylagia, it would look something like this:

Fly agaric tea for vitamin D, pain relief, activating the Muscarinic network
Reishi for better blood values
Cordyceps to support the lungs and intestines
Lions mane for that extra bit of clarity.
ADM extract for extra help against inflammations

It is quite a package, but then it is a rather serious condition. It will help in any case, the question is always: how much? In any case, more than taking opiates will help. Mind you, combining it with an opiate is not recommended because there is too much risk of respiratory suppression, you should never combine gaba drugs and opiates for that reason.

But even without the fly agaric tea the rest is perfectly usable, even if you take opiates.

Is chronic use of fly agaric lighter on the body than chronic use of opiates or other painkillers? That’s the key question here, which should have been investigated scientifically a long time ago. That this has not happened is due to
The fact that this has not happened is due to a complete miscalculation on the part of the scientific community.

If I had to make a guess myself, I would say: certainly lighter on the liver than opiates. But that’s just a guess, but given that opiates have little good to offer at the other end of the spectrum, I don’t think it’s such a bad guess to make in this case.

Lupus

Some doctors believe that a medical condition known as ‘Lupus’ is the main culprit behind fibromylalgia. Lupus (meaning wolf) is a condition in which the immune system has become hyperactive and is attacking its own tissue. That would explain the pains, but again, the explanation of why the immune system became hyperactive is missing.

So calming the immune system is necessary. Now there are people in the medical world who believe that’s not possible. I think it is possible, by increasing the level of noble gases in the blood, making the body well-fed and well-breathed and getting help from the mushroom world.

In any case, Wim Hof put us on the right track – the immune system, the CNS – the power plant of the human body. If Hof is right that it can be controlled, it should also be able to be calmed down or possibly set to work in a different way.

Cold therapy is beneficial for many fibromyalgia sufferers to numb the affected area. The cold constricts the blood vessels and decreases blood flow, in turn, reducing inflammation.

This quote is from a website about Fibro. I can personally imagine that precisely a combination therapy with ice baths, Amanita Muscaria and other medicinal mushrooms and breathing work will really take you far in controlling this condition. Let’s hope so, because it is a terrible condition and chronic pain should have no place in a fair universe.
