Choose clarity instead of happiness

Choose clarity instead of happiness

An interview with Sage Martinus Benders

First of all: what is that, a Sage?

A Sage is a person who has used the medicine Amanita Muscaria and has decided to help this mushroom regain its grip on humanity. Anyone can become a Sage, the medicine is freely available in nature. We do not sell anything, there are no good and bad Sages, there is no superiority pyramid where you can get papers for pennies. It’s all very simple: use the mushroom and help it and you automatically become a Sage. Great, right?

Ok, on to the title of this piece. Why not choose happiness?

Those who choose happiness (and most people do) choose to become a plaything of the dopamine and serotonin systems in the body. These are systems that have become dominant in the human body over many centuries. And because you set your ‘goal’ to happiness, you essentially become a slave to these circuits, and you are (watch out now) always subject to a lack of happiness or success.

However, if you set the goal at ‘clarity’ you do not have this problem. There is nothing ‘clear’ about people who are numbed by dopamine or serotonin. Those whose goal is ‘happiness’ light up a joint and eat another big bar of chocolate. Those whose goal is “clarity” don’t do that. Do you see the difference?

Um, okay, are there any other circuits besides dopamine and serotonin?

There are hundreds of receptor circuits, thousands even. You have to see the human body as a very sophisticated piano, with receptors as keys. What you do when you put monotonous food in there is autistically ping-ping-ping the same key over and over again. For the body, there is no difference between food and drugs. Everything is food and everything is a drug. Everything plays on different receptors, but the problem is that 97% of the supermarket is full of products that are made to always hit the same keys on that piano, ping-ping-ping. A deadly melody.

What is this? It is a simple diagram that I have drawn up to think in terms of receptors. It does not mean that you are only going to ‘eat’ the left-hand column. In fact, you have to be frugal with the left-hand column, but these are the good substances that are going to help you restore the piano, the row on the right I call ‘system drugs’ and they are all drugs that are designed to numb, to muddle, to suppress: they are substances that serve the parasite, not you.

Why are psychiatry and psychology on that list?

May I ask a question in return? Who, in the past thirty years, has been dispensing the speed-derived amphetamine drug Adderall to children?

Um, yes, okay. But they are trying to help.

Then it is high time they stopped ‘trying’ and realised that they are giving children hard drugs that are rapidly destroying their young brains. As far as I’m concerned, that’s when you disappear into prison.

They mean well, they are trying to make you feel better in the world.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. But anyone who has read Foucault knows that this whole industry is completely insane, and that they have never had the decency to answer his accusations. No, psychatrics serves the dystopia, the parasite. It is an institution that has traditionally aimed to drug deviant elements. That is not good, that is evil. Now they are trying again to patent psychedelics and strip away everything that could make the parasite visible.

You don’t eat bread, yeast or cheese. What on earth do you eat?

Real food. Did you know that there are thousands of plants you can eat, hundreds of herbs, nuts, seeds, real grains. I eat a power yoghurt in the morning made by cows that were allowed to keep their horns. I think that is the least you should do for a cow, a cow without horns is an insult. And in the yoghurt, I put things like wild garlic and marigold and burdock root and all sorts of seeds and nuts. Delicious – no really, so much better than that dirty spongy mouldy bread.

And in the afternoon?

Some meat or mushrooms and a salad of all sorts of fresh vegetables. And in the evening just a home-cooked meal. No yeast, that is the guiding principle. Yeast is one of the best tools the parasite has. It crawls under your skin to all parts of your body and forms its own culture there, which stuns your perception so that you don’t really feel what is happening in your own body. That’s why you keep eating things that make you feel terribly bad, because you only experience that badness under anaesthetic, and so it seems that you only feel a ‘little’ bad because of the fast food when in reality you feel like shit. That’s what those yeasts do, stop all yeast for a month and see if I was right.

Stop with bread? But that is terribly difficult!

Man has not eaten bread for hundreds of millions of years. The body wasn’t made to eat
eat that weird stuff. Our body is primarily a monkey body, which is geared to tree food. Make a substantial part of your diet tree food. And teach yourself to hunt again, start training your senses! The magic is not in your head, in the psyborg, the magic is around you, but your senses were dulled
by evil entities, the same entities that feed a depressing world view to you all day long on that ‘news drip’. For that too, the rule is: knock it off.

“Amanita Muscaria – The Book of the Empress” is an exceptional work that establishes a benchmark in the realm of mycophilosophy. While one could perhaps categorize the book within the domain of Art History, such a classification would fail to do justice to its true essence. Primarily, this captivating text explores the evolution of humankind, making it a standout in its field.

Amanita Muscaria – The Book of the Empress – De Kaneelfabriek, 2023

“‘Waarover de Piranha droomt in de Limonadesloot’ stands as a philosophical exploration into the human faculty of imagination. It probes the intriguing notion that imagination, rather than offering solutions to our problems, might in fact be their origin. This thought-provoking work is set to be available in English and German by the close of 2023.
