Let it be known to the whole world that on 8 June 2022 Sage Martinus Benders founded the WOUDPARTIJ, a party that will represent the interests of the Ancient Forest / The Antique Primeval Forest in the Netherlands.

There are many parties with partial interests, parties that stand up for animals, parties that stand up for people, but a party that speaks for the communal, the ancient primeval forest, was missing.

Our slogan is therefore: Not left or right or down, but crown. To go up. Represent the higher among the people. And that higher is the silence, silence that you can only catch in real old-growth forests.

Bring back the primeval forest

Trees are not products but intelligent, living creatures. Creatures that have the full right to live out their lives. The fact that there is no primeval forest left in the Netherlands is due to the fact that people thought they could use trees as products. If it is up to de Woudpartij this will no longer be possible: every tree will have civil rights and be allowed to live out its full life. This way, the primeval forests will return, the old forests that are the real guardians of humanity.

Replace meat with mushrooms

There are five million species of mushrooms, but they are rapidly becoming fewer due to the extinction of primary forests and pollution. Instead of making a bio-industry out of the forest, we should stop the other bio-industries, and not move them to the Ukraine. We need a policy, mushroom policy. We are going to turn man into another species of man by gradually teaching him to eat mushrooms instead of meat. Man thinks he is a connoisseur, but he has no idea what flavours he is missing by ignoring 99% of the mushroom kingdom. Mushrooms, not meat, is the motto and what is now animal husbandry will focus on mushrooms.

Climate change is the wrong approach

Yes, the climate is changing, and yes, that is due to human behaviour. But instead of addressing the monstrous need for energy, you see that people are starting to turn forests into a bio-industry, causing biodiversity and mycelia to disappear and be destroyed even faster, all because of stupid human-centred thinking. The Woudpartij puts the forest at the centre: not man is the centre of the universe. The energy transition must happen without burning down trees and forests in power stations, and this can be done very well by teaching people en masse to have a backbone and to teach the Wim Hof method in schools. We do not need central heating. We are protected by a great forest.

Our approach

With the return of the ancient forests and the switch from meat to mushrooms, biodiversity and the climate problem will recover. A global sterilisation programme is unnecessary, because nature has already set this in motion. The focus should be on restoring the ecology, and in the real ecology, the primeval forest or the silent forest is the basis.
